The Neo-Renaissance pavilion of the Bohemia restaurant, also known as Petzold's restaurant, was built for the Jubilee Provincial Exhibition in 1891 and is therefore one of the oldest buildings at the Exhibition Grounds. The pavilion was originally used to showcase the Pilsen Brewery.

The former restaurant building underwent a complete renovation, which was completed in November 2022.
