The newly built family house is located in the middle of a residential area in Prague's Vinoř district. Originally, there was also a family house on the plot. However, it no longer met the needs of contemporary living or the technical parameters of construction. The location of the separate garage deep inside the plot was also unsuitable. For these reasons, the investor decided to remove the existing buildings and build a new family house.
